As an extension of our property development business, the Group established SKYH Invest, a mortgage lending business, to ensure that our purchasers in Thailand could access mortgage funding regardless of their country of residence.

Today, SKYH Invest has become a leading provider of mortgage funding to non-resident purchasers in Thailand. After entering into the Asia market to an extremely positive initial response, SKYH Invest acquired Mortgageport, a well-established mortgage products provider in Asia, in May 2021. In FY2022, it raised THB Billions. In the same time period, it launched Thailand’s first green market fund targeting green residential buildings and is building an asset management business to diversify its business model and financing sources. SKYH Invest has developed into a significant independent business that has attracted capital from a broad range of global financial institutions, private equity and credit funds
